Submitted property photographs are not used for public advertising or marketing without appropriate permission.
5. Technology and AI-Assisted Processing
QIKQuotes uses software and technology to assist with processing assessment requests and preparing reports.
Our service providers may include:
Framer — website hosting.
Fillout — maintenance submission forms and uploaded files.
Google Workspace — business email and communications.
AI-assisted software — supporting the preparation of suggested scopes, indicative costs and reports.
QIKQuotes assessments are subject to human review before delivery.
Information may be processed by third-party technology providers as necessary to provide our services.
6. Information Sharing
QIKQuotes may share information with:
The requesting property management agency.
Authorised property owners or representatives.
Service providers assisting with delivering the requested service.
Professional advisers or authorities where required or authorised by law.
We do not automatically send submitted property photographs to contractors merely because they are included in local trade recommendations.
Clients may choose to forward Contractor Work Briefs to their selected tradespeople.
QIKQuotes does not sell personal information to third parties.
7. Data Storage and Security
QIKQuotes takes reasonable steps to protect submitted information against unauthorised access, loss, misuse or disclosure.
Information may be stored or processed using secure third-party software and cloud services.
Access to client information is intended to be restricted to people and systems requiring it for legitimate business purposes.
No electronic storage or transmission system can be guaranteed completely secure.

9. Data Retention and Deletion
QIKQuotes operates with a target retention period of 30 days for submitted property photographs, maintenance assessment materials and completed assessment reports.
These materials are intended to be deleted from active operational storage within 30 days after an assessment is completed or a request is closed.
This includes relevant copies held in submission systems, working folders and business communications, where deletion is supported and the information is no longer required.
Certain information may be retained for longer where reasonably necessary to meet legal obligations, maintain financial records, resolve disputes or establish legal rights.
Residual information held in third-party backup systems may remain temporarily according to the provider’s backup-retention and deletion procedures.
QIKQuotes will verify and implement its deletion procedures before accepting live customer submissions.
10. Access, Correction and Deletion Requests
Individuals may contact QIKQuotes to request:
Access to personal information held about them.
Correction of inaccurate personal information.
Deletion of personal information where appropriate and legally permitted.
